Sip Happens Hospitality was born from years spent creating memorable experiences in restaurants, wineries, private clubs, and special events.
After working together in hospitality and sharing countless conversations about creativity, service, cocktails, wine, and what truly makes an event memorable, Stacey Morawski and Emily Gainous realized they shared the same vision: creating personalized beverage experiences that feel thoughtful, welcoming, and completely unique to each client.
What started as a dream over cocktails and event planning notebooks became Sip Happens Hospitality—a company dedicated to helping people celebrate life's biggest moments through exceptional hospitality.
Today, we specialize in custom beverage experiences, wine tastings, mixology classes, weddings, showers, corporate events, and private celebrations throughout Georgia.

With more than 15 years in hospitality leadership, Stacey has built her career around creating exceptional guest experiences. Her background includes restaurant operations, event management, beverage programming, team development, and wine education through the Court of Master Sommeliers.
For Stacey, Sip Happens Hospitality is the opportunity to combine her passion for hospitality, wine, and meaningful celebrations into something truly special.

Co-Founder & Director of Beverage Experiences
Emily combines eight years of bartending experience with a background in art, photography, and marketing. Her creativity and passion for hospitality help shape the custom beverage experiences that make each Sip Happens event unique.
From cocktail development and beverage programming to experience design and branding, Emily brings every event to life through thoughtful details and genuine hospitality.
