Every Sip Happens Hospitality experience is customized to your event, but services may include:

• Professional bartender(s) for the duration of your event

• Custom beverage menu development

• Signature cocktail creation

• Shopping recommendations and alcohol purchasing guidance

• Customized shopping list based on your guest count

• Bar setup and breakdown

• Mixers, juices, syrups, garnishes, and non-alcoholic ingredients (as outlined in your proposal)

• Beverage service throughout your event

• Cocktail consultation and event planning support

• Professional hospitality-focused service from start to finish

Additional services, specialty ingredients, rental items, and upgraded experience options may be available depending on your event needs.

Please note: Sip Happens Hospitality does not currently provide alcohol. Alcohol is purchased separately by the client, and we are happy to provide recommendations and guidance based on your event and beverage selections.

We work with each client to create a customized beverage menu and provide recommendations and shopping guidance based on guest count, preferences, and event style. You purchase the alcohol directly, while we handle the planning, preparation, service, and guest experience. 

Absolutely. We provide shopping guidance and recommendations based on your guest count, event length, beverage selections, and service style to help ensure you have the right amount for your event.

 We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance, with one month or more preferred for larger events and weddings. While we will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, advance booking allows the greatest flexibility for planning, customization, and staffing. 

 We can accommodate both intimate gatherings and large celebrations. Staffing recommendations are customized based on your guest count, beverage selections, and event style. 

 We proudly serve Athens, Lake Oconee, Atlanta, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for events outside of our standard service area. 

Yes. While many clients choose a full beverage experience package, we can also provide professional bartending service for events that already have a beverage plan in place.

 Glassware options vary by event and package. We are happy to discuss glassware rentals, disposable options, or working with your venue's existing inventory.

 Yes. Sip Happens Hospitality carries business liability insurance and can provide proof of insurance upon request.
